Logging in the First Time
You will need to log into your computer to access your company resources. Instead of logging into a generic profile like "The Smith" you will need to log into your computer with your M365 login (Email and Password) in order to reach your desktop.
To do that you will need to enter you username and password at the login screen of your computer:

If it is the first time you have logged into your machine you will need to wait while your computer setups up your profile, this may take a few minutes. this process will take place only once on every computer you access so we recommend just logging in and out of every machine you use just to get this setup out of the way as soon as possible.
Next steps will be logging into Teams and OneDrive.
Once your computer is at the desktop go to the search bar on the bottom left and type in "onedrive" and select the "OneDrive" app from the menu:

The OneDrive app will pop up and ask you to enter your email address. Type your email address in and click "Sign In":

On the next screen select "Work or school":

It will sign you in automatically and display this screen, just nit "Next":

Continue through the next few menus by clicking next, you will be presented with a few informational tidbits (that can also be found in the Using OneDrive section of the knowledge base.
The final screen will present you with an option to "Get the mobile app" ignore this and click Later (you will be installing mobile apps in a later section):

Next we will launch and login to Teams, from teams you will link your files to your OneDrive account to access your restaurant file and use Teams to communicate to the organization.
Again, go into the search bar and type "teams" and launch the Microsoft Teams application from the menu:

The application should log you in automatically. If not, use your M365 credentials to login.
I'll be explaining the Teams structure in a later part but in this section we will be syncing your file and menu folders.
While teams is open click on the Teams logo to open the Teams section of the app:

In Teams, you are placed into different organization groups called Teams. Those teams are separated into channels, channels are the places you will communicate and access files for your Team. Every Team has a General channel and that's where we will be going now to sync your appropriate files to OneDrive.
click the general channel under "The Smith" team:

On the right hand side you can see the team is now in the channel General and highlighting the Posts tab. Click on the Files tab right next to it:

This is where you will see the files associated with your team. This Team has menu files and restaurant files. If you like, you can access your files from this window but to engage the files from file explorer like were used to, you will need to sync them. Select The_Smith Menu Files:

Your Menu Files will show up, you will need to select Open in SharePoint

From the SharePoint website you will click on the Sync button on the top of the screen:

A pop up will show asking for permission to open the file type, click the box always allowing and click Open:

You will get a notification in widows that you are now syncing the menu files:

Repeat this step for the restaurant files.
Now you can access the menu files from the file explorer like your used to:

That's it, your files are synced. You will need to do this process for each computer you log into the first time.
