Terminals say "System Closed"
If your POS terminals say "system closed" most likely your Micros system was rebooted and the FOH system was not turned on.
To remedy, you will need to login to your micros server, launch the Control Panel app, and turn on FOH. Step by Step below:
- Login to Micros with store or personal account.
- Look for or search for CPanel
- It looks like:
- Click the Front of House button on the right hand side of the screen highlighted in red:

- After it is pressed, wait 1-2 minutes for the icon next to MICROS37 to change to a green checkmark from a red or yellow X as shown below:

- Your micros terminals should be functioning as normal, if not reach out to Micros NYC @ 201-866-100 and tell them your Front Of House is down.
